In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "yes55", "we", "us", or "the Company" refers to the operator of the yes55 gaming platform accessible at yes55.biz, licensed under an international gaming authority.
• "Platform" means the yes55 website at yes55.biz, including all associated pages, services, products, games, betting markets, and applications.

To register and use yes55, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration. yes55 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Territory at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a registered problem gambler or have requested self-exclusion from yes55 or from any connected gaming programme.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of yes55, or an immediate family member of such a person.

yes55 conducts age and identity verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification requires submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued photographic identification, along with a recent selfie confirming your identity. yes55 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) yes55 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, different devices, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your yes55 account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number (preferably your registered JazzCash or EasyPaisa number), and any other information we may require.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your yes55 login credentials. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via mobile OTP where available.
• Not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify yes55 immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

yes55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Bets placed using your credentials — whether by you or by an unauthorised third party — are your financial responsibility unless yes55 is notified of a security breach in advance of such bets being placed.

yes55 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Specific minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply per payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

All payment methods used to deposit funds into your yes55 account must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to a different individual — are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your yes55 Real Money Balance immediately for JazzCash and EasyPaisa mobile wallet transfers. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to two (2) banking hours to reflect depending on the bank's internal processing times. yes55 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's banking institution.

yes55 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may charge their own transaction fees, which are entirely outside yes55's control and responsibility.

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds are your own, lawfully obtained, and that you are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party.

You may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering obligations.

Before yes55 processes any withdrawal, you must have successfully completed KYC identity verification as set out in Section 3. Unverified accounts may place bets but cannot withdraw funds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your VIP tier and the specific payment method selected. These limits are displayed in your account settings panel.

yes55 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day. yes55 does not guarantee processing times, as these are partially dependent on third-party payment processors outside our direct control.

yes55 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests at its discretion. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Players will be informed of any delay and the reason, within a reasonable timeframe.

yes55 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. Each individual promotion is governed by specific terms published alongside that promotion, which take precedence over these general terms in the event of any conflict.

General bonus conditions applicable to all yes55 promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonus funds are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• Real Money Balance is wagered first. Bonus Balance is only wagered after the Real Money Balance reaches zero.
• Wagering requirements count only bets placed on qualifying games as specified per promotion. Bets placed on excluded games do not contribute toward wagering requirements.
• Only one promotional bonus may be active at a time unless yes55 explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are for the personal use of the registered account holder only and may not be transferred.
• yes55 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a bonus has already been credited, the terms under which it was credited will continue to apply.
• Abuse of bonuses — including, but not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

All bets placed on yes55 — whether sports bets, casino wagers, or any other gaming activity — are final once confirmed. A bet is considered confirmed when yes55 issues an on-screen bet confirmation reference. yes55 does not cancel confirmed bets except in the circumstances set out below.

yes55 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances:

• Manifest pricing errors where odds were published due to a system error and are clearly inconsistent with fair market odds at the time of placement.
• Where the outcome of a bet has been influenced by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregular activity, as determined by yes55 in good faith.
• Where a bet was placed after the event or market it relates to has already concluded (late bets).
• Where yes55 reasonably suspects the bet forms part of a coordinated pattern of exploitation or fraud.

For live casino games, all game results are determined by the outcome as recorded by the live dealer system at the time of play. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, yes55's server logs are the definitive record of game outcomes. Disconnection does not entitle a Player to a refund of bets already placed in a completed round.

yes55 gaming outcomes are certified by independent third-party auditors. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for all games are published in each game's information panel within the Platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yes55 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering an account in your name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity in connection with any event offered on yes55.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, table game, or promotional context.
• Laundering money or using yes55 as a vehicle for any financial transaction for which the underlying funds are unlawfully obtained.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including but not limited to "bonus hunting," "edge-sorting," or any other form of advantage play that abuses promotional structures.
• Accessing yes55 using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the yes55 Platform.

yes55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or money-laundering activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure under yes55's Responsible Gaming policy.
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement directive requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player-initiated voluntary closure or breach, the Real Money Balance (after deduction of any Bonus Balance and after completion of any outstanding investigations) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of yes55.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yes55 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

yes55 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may result in temporary Platform unavailability. yes55 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." yes55 makes no warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.

In no event shall yes55's aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in your account at the time the relevant claim arose.

yes55 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

yes55 implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the risk level of the personal data processed, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the yes55 servers.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and yes55, the parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, it shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided by yes55's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
